Financing facility for micro, small, and medium contractors Grade G1-G4 awarded Federal Government contracts. Supports working capital and cash flow through government e-procurement integration. Two schemes: CAKNA I (post-financing) and CAKNA II (pre-financing). Shariah concept: Tawarruq.
SSM-registered; MoF-registered supplier/contractor; CIDB & PKK registered (Grade G1-G4); Contract awarded via e-Perolehan; No bankruptcy/legal/AML issues.
CAKNA I: post-financing, up to 80% invoice margin. CAKNA II: pre-financing, up to 100% of cost. Financing tenure up to 12 months. Facility tenure up to 60 months. No collateral required.
Letter of Award (SST) within timeframe permitted by bank.
